35 Cadets and 14 adult instructors marshalled the seventeen mile 2008 MacMillan Cancer Care charity walk from Cambridge to Ely, officially opened by Mayor of Cambridge Jenny Bailey. Over 375 walkers completed the course including an ACF team of four headed up by PI Wil Hornett from St Ives. Cadet Dan Taylor (15) from Humberside & South Yorks ACF came along to make up the numbers and the lads raised over £200 towards the final target of £37,000.
