Eighteen cadets and their adult instructors took part in exercise Xmas Cracker over the weekend of 23-24 November at our Waterbeach Headquarters. The cadets maintained a 24 hour radio vigil on UK/RT 320 equipment, contacting fellow ATC, ACF and CCF cadets as far afield as Scotland and Weymouth. As a bonus six of them qualified for their radio user badges which were presented by the Deputy Commandant Lt.Col Roger Herriot.
