The accommodation at Crowborough is of the older camp style although it is not as old as Napier Barracks. Recently it has had a massive amount spent on it replacing the old windows and state of the art heating system installed.

 

Accommodation

The pictures shown are of a typical block in the camp. There may be others that are slightly different, sleeping different numbers but the maximum should be 16 per block. You enter into the main room where there is space for 12 cadets. To the right there is a separate room with 4 beds which will be used by the senior cadets in the block. There are wardrobes and bedside tables which may have to be shared between 2 people. Remember to bring padlocks with you but make sure there is more than 1 key if sharing!

 

 

Mess

As you enter the mess block you are in a hallway with larger rooms off to either side. To the left there is a large seating area with a TV and pool table. In the room to the right there is a bar area which may be used to sell NAFFI. There is another large seating area with a TV also a dartboard and arcade machines.

 

   

 

Dinning

The Dinning block is a large open spaced area. It provides plenty of seating with good facilities and very good food! There is a vending machine located here.
