It’s not only Cadets that are training this weekend as the latest intake of Adult Instructors are training too. The weekend training compliments the Monday evening training the PI’s (Potential Instructors) do. Covering topics like Safety, Fieldcraft, Map & Compass and Drill they can put the things they have been taught so far into practice. With a great Adult Instructor Training Team, with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and a great Training Programme the PI’s should benefit enormously from the weekend.
