Seventy three
hardy cadets from No.1 Company braved changeable weather
under canvass to help out at the 41st East of England Show
at Peterborough between 19 & 22 June 2009. New acquaintances
were made with local air cadets from 51 and 115 Squadrons
and even instructors were able to take time out to look cool
in shades and enjoy an ice cream or two - Plus
Saturday included an extra treat when the RAF laid on a fly
past by the Battle of Britain flight. Favourite at the main
arena was PI Jules Perry - who was to become
Sergeant Instructor
Perry the following Monday night!
