Cambridgeshire Cadets Win Regional First Aid Competition

 

Over the weekend end of 19th – 20th June, Cambridge ACF won the Eastern Region First Aid Competition for the 9th consecutive year.  In attendance, Essex ACF,  1365 SQN ATC & 52 Orton SQN.

The Adult Team Test was a draw on 106 points between Cambs ACF & 52 Orton SQN with the winning decision made in consideration of the individual scoring going to Cambs ACF.

In attendance for the event was Lieutenant Colonel Alan Sharkey MBE, Chairman of the Army Cadet Force Association National First Aid Panel, Lieutenant Colonel Jackie Allan who made the presentations & Col RGH Herriot Commandant ACF.

The Combined winning score of 244 inclusive of Team, Individual and Reserve scores was a landslide with the runners up Essex ACF finishing on 165.
